Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 3, 2026

This policy explains how BoisePestControl.org (the "site"), operated by [SITE OPERATOR NAME], collects, uses, and shares information. The site is an informational and referral resource. It is not a pest control company.

Information you submit

When you use the request form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, and any optional note you write, along with the page you submitted from and the time of submission. The form also includes a hidden spam-check field and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated bots. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser and device for that purpose.

Phone calls

The site may display a tracking phone number. If you call it, the call may be routed through a call-tracking service that records call metadata, such as your phone number, the date, time, and length of the call, and which page you came from. Calls may also be recorded for quality and lead-verification purposes, where permitted by law.

Analytics and cookies

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which may set strictly necessary technical cookies for security and performance. We may also use analytics tools that collect information such as pages viewed, referring sites, approximate location, and device or browser type, to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as expected.

How we use and share information

We use the information you submit to respond to your request. To do that, we share your request with one or more independent local pest control providers so they can contact you about it. Those providers are separate businesses with their own privacy practices. We may also use your information to operate and secure the site, prevent spam and fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Retention

We keep form submissions and call records only as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements, and then delete or de-identify them.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

Depending on where you live, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you may have the right to:
